The rates below are left open on purpose — the owner fills in the final numbers when we talk. Nothing here is a charge until we both sign.
This agreement is between Levelz Salon (the owner) and you (the renter). Renting a booth gives you a chair and workspace inside the Levelz studio — not ownership of the space.
Booth rent is $____ per week, due every Monday. The booth is yours to use during all salon hours for that week.
A one-time deposit of $____ is due before your first day. It is returned within 14 days after you move out, as long as the booth is left in good condition.
Rent paid after Wednesday of the week carries a $____ late fee. After two consecutive weeks unpaid, the booth may be released to another renter.
Your chair, mirror, station, water, Wi-Fi, and salon utilities are included. You bring your own tools and products for your trade.
You keep your own clients and booking calendar. Walk-ins that come for you are yours. You set your own prices for the services you perform.
Keep your station clean, treat every guest with care, and keep the shop licensed — a current state license and insurance are required before your first day.
Either side can end this agreement with 30 days' written notice. The deposit is settled at move-out as described above.
